Legal notice: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SpinBox s.r.o. Read them carefully. By accessing or using any part of the SpinBox website, mobile site or app (collectively the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them you must not use the Platform.
SpinBox s.r.o. is a private limited company incorporated in the Czech Republic (company ID ▲, registered address ▲). Throughout these Terms "SpinBox", "we", "us" and "our" refer to SpinBox s.r.o.

1. Age 18+. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to view, buy or upload content. Minors are strictly prohibited.
2. Legal capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract in your country of residence.
3. Prohibited territories. SpinBox is not available where local law bans adult content or loot‑box style mechanics. You guarantee you are not located in such a jurisdiction.
1. Accurate information. You agree to provide true, current and complete information and keep it updated.
2. One user – one account. You may not sell, rent or share your Account. We may require ID or other verification at any time.
3. Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
1. Bundles & pricing. Credits are sold in preset bundles displayed at checkout. Prices may include mark‑ups or bonus credits. The purchase price is payable to SpinBox via supported payment methods (e.g. card, GoPay). We reserve the right to change prices at any time before purchase.
2. No cash value. Credits are a limited‑purpose digital token with no cash or monetary value, no exchange rate other than the internal Credit Face Value (currently € 0.10) used solely to calculate Creator revenue.
3. Non‑refundable. Except where required by EU consumer law, all Credit purchases are final. If you reside in the EU/EEA you acknowledge that Credits are delivered immediately and you therefore lose the 14‑day withdrawal right once delivery begins.
4. Expiry. Unused Credits expire 24 months after purchase.
1. Randomised outcome. Each Spin deducts the Spin Price (set by a Creator, minimum 20 Credits, maximum 120 Credits) and awards digital Content based on published tier probabilities. No Spin yields money or items convertible to money.
2. Entertainment only. Spins are intended solely for entertainment and access to digital media. They are not a form of gambling because (a) you cannot win cash or prizes of monetary value, and (b) the outcome is always content provided for the Credits spent.
3. Final. Once a Spin occurs, the Credits are consumed and the outcome cannot be reversed, except for technical faults confirmed by us.
1. Adult content. The Platform hosts erotic material. You agree you will not distribute or show such content to minors.
2. Prohibited content. No content involving minors, bestiality, non‑consensual acts, extreme violence, revenge porn, hate, or copyrighted works you do not own. We may remove or block content at our discretion.
3. Intellectual property. Users retain ownership of their content but grant SpinBox and relevant Fans licences necessary to operate and view the Platform (see Creator Agreement for full details). If you believe content infringes your rights, notify us (DMCA contact: copyright@spinbox.xxx).
1. Fan side. Fans pay only the listed price for Credits; no subscription is required.
2. Creator side. Creators earn 80 % of the Spin Payment (Credits × € 0.10) under the separate Creator Agreement. The mark‑up on Credit bundles is 100 % SpinBox revenue.
3. Taxes. Prices to EU consumers include VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any customs, bank, or network fees.
1. Fraud protection. We may temporarily reverse Credits or suspend access during payment disputes. Proven chargebacks will remove the corresponding Credits and, for Creators, withhold the proportional earnings.
2. Abuse. Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent behaviour may lead to permanent ban.
1. Service changes. We may add, remove, or modify Services at any time without liability to you.
2. Updates to Terms. We may amend these Terms by posting the revised version and giving at least 14 days' notice (email or banner). Your continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Users who disagree must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
3. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms, illegal conduct, or to comply with law. You may close your Account at any time via settings; unused Credits are not refunded except where law requires.
The Platform is provided "as‑is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinBox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed € 100 or the amount you paid to SpinBox in the preceding six months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpinBox from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your (a) breach of these Terms, (b) content, or (c) misuse of the Services.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the SpinBox Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of Prague shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers residing in the EU may bring proceedings in their home member state under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
